The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a TV as well as children's books and toys. In addition, a pool table, a table tennis and gym equipment are available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This mobile home offers a private outdoor space with a garden, terraces (open and covered), barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a heated pool and children's pool. Additionally, there is a shared indoor heated pool available. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. A lease will be sent to you. For cleaning, a deposit check will be requested. It will be returned if there is nothing to report.
